Q: Where/When is the event?
A:
Flavorcon will be held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA at the Harrah's Resort, November 13 - 15, 2018. The expo hall will only take place Tuesday and Wednesday and the Conference will take place all three days.

Q: What are the show/conference hours?
A:
The Exhibition is 11:50 am-3 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. Conference sessions are scheduled throughout Tuesday - Thursday, starting at 8:30 am.  For a detailed schedule please visit the show schedule on the website.

Q: I have a disability that requires accommodation for Flavorcon or any related activities, who can I contact to discuss?

Q: Will there be food & beverages at the show?
A:
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast will also be available on Thursday. There will be an open bar and light snacks during the afternoon networking receptions Tuesday and Wednesday. You may indicate in your registration if you have any special dietary requests.

Q: How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors at the event?

Q: How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?
A:
Just sign up for the mailing list!

Q: Where can I download the mobile app?
A:
The mobile app information will be posted on our website closer to the show.

Q: Is there wifi? How do I access the internet?
A:
Harrah's Resort has complimentary wifi.

Q: How do I register a group?
A: Please e-mail our Registration Manager, mesposito@allured.com to take advantage of discounted group registration. All registrants must be employed by the same company. All sales are final. In the event that you have 3 individuals already registered and add more at a later date, the discount will only apply to the additional attendee registrations.

Q: What is your promo code policy?
A: Promo codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one time use only per customer and can only be used for registration.
Promo codes have no cash value and if a cancellation is requested, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the coupon code.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Flavorcon may run promotions designed to attract new customers or increase sales.
In connection with these promo codes, any person that received promo codes from Flavorcon from multiple email addresses, uses false names, impersonate others, or through the use of any other fraudulent or misleading conduct, shall forfeit the promo code and be liable for the full amount.
Flavorcon reserves the right to refuse or alter any promo code at its discretion. The contents of this statement may be altered at any time, at our discretion.
Please note: Promo codes are not retroactive and price adjustments will not be issued to registrations.
Once a promo code has been applied to a paid registration, no other promo codes will supersede the already applied promo code.

Q: What is my exhibitor username and password for online registration?
A: Your password was emailed to your company point of contact for the show. To receive your password, please email our Exhibits Coordinator, Sohe Sztuk at sohe@allured.com or call +1-630-344-6026.

Q: How can I make a correction on my badge?
A: Please e-mail our Registration Manager, mesposito@allured.com or see anyone at the pre-registration desks on-site and they can assist you.

Q: Is there a charge for a replacement badge?
A: Yes, onsite you will be charged $75 to replace a missing badge.

Q: I can’t go anymore – can I get a refund?
A: If registration cancellations are received in writing before midnight EST on September 3, 2018, event management will refund your registration fee less a 10% of monies paid administrative fee. Cancellations NOT received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund; however, you may send a replacement. Replacement requests must be made in writing to flavorcon@allured.com on or before November 5, 2018. No-shows will not be refunded. In the event a visa request to the event is denied, a full refund will be completed with documentation of refusal of visa.

Q: Can you recommend a hotel?
A:
Flavorcon is still accepting reservations until October 25th at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.  For hotel rates please visit the website.

Q: How do I get to Flavorcon?
A:
Directions can be found on our travel page, under Getting There.

Q: Where should I park?
A:
There is a parking garage conveniently connected to Harrah's Atlantic City. Valet OR Self-parking are both $5 per stay at the Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City. (subject to change).

Q: I will require an invitation letter in order to obtain my visa to enter the United States. What do I need to do?
A:
To receive a letter of invitation, please forward your registration confirmation our Registration Manager, mesposito@allured.com. You must register for the event in order to receive a letter of confirmation.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in to Connect using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the "Exhibitor Console" and then select "Edit Booth Info".

  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.
You can quickly preview any updates you make to your Online Booth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Console.

In the Exhibitor Console, click on "Show Specials".

Enter the title and show special description in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add New Show Special" button to save and exit.

In the Exhibitor Console, click on Products, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.
Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.
Visit the Show Specials page to see what special events exhibitors are planning in their booths. 
Visit the exhibitor Press Release gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.

Sessions Screen

Tap on the Schedule app icon in the app menu dashboard to view the complete list of sessions.

You can view the schedule by swiping left and right and scrolling up and down for sessions sorted by day and time.

Search for sessions by keyword using the search bar at the top of screen.

Save a Session

There are two ways you can save a session: 

  • When you see a session title that interests you, tap on the star next to that listing.

          OR

  • From the session page, select "Add Session" to save it to your planner.

Search for Exhibitors by Company Name

Exhibitors are shown in two lists: “All Exhibitors” and “By Product Category”.  Click on a product category to view a list of the exhibitors in that group. 

The “All Exhibitors” tab lists all the current exhibitors in alphabetical order. The “By Product Category” tab lists the product categories and the number of exhibitors who have selected each of these. 

Search Exhibitors by Keyword

You can search for exhibitors by typing a keyword in the search box at the top of the Exhibitor list screen.  The results will include all exhibitors that have this keyword in their company name, profile, brands or product categories.

Each exhibitor listing has their booth number(s) displayed below their name. An exhibitor listing may have a video icon which indicates that they have uploaded multimedia content. 

Save an Exhibitor to Favorites

From the Exhibitor list or any exhibitor's eBooth profile, you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your personalized planner by clicking on the star icon.

Exhibitor eBooth Profile

You can visit the eBooth for any company by clicking on their name in the Exhibitor list.  You will see the company’s contact information, description, product categories and videos they have uploaded.  To play the video on your device, just click on the video. From this screen you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your Personalized Planner by clicking on the star icon. You can also view the location of their booth on the floor plan by clicking on the “Map it” button.  The exhibitor’s booth will be highlighted on the floor plan.

You can view the Interactive Floor Plan by clicking on the Maps icon in the app dashboard. 

The Main Map will highlight booths belonging to the exhibitors that you have added to your Personalized Planner. You can also view an exhibitor’s profile from the map view by clicking on their booth.

From the app menu dashboard, select Planner app icon. From here you can manage the lists of exhibitors, sessions and personal meetings that you have added to your Personalized Planner.

Saved Exhibitors

Click on "My Exhibitors" to see your list of saved exhibitors.

Saved Sessions & Meetings

Click on "My Itinerary" to see your schedule by day. This section will include all of your saved sessions and the personal meetings you created in the mobile app. 

Add Session to Mobile Device's Calendar

From the session screen, select "Add to Device Calendar" to save the session in your device's calendar.

Add a Personal Meeting

From the Planner section, tap on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your desired day and time

and add any notes.

Remove a Saved Exhibitor or Session

Tap on the star next to the Exhibitor's Name or Session title to remove the listing from your planner.

From the app menu dashboard, select the My Notes app icon. You will see a list of your session and meeting notes.

To add a note, tap on the "pencil" icon on the bottom of the screen.

To edit one of your notes, tap on the "folder" icon on the bottom of the screen to see more details.

To email the notes to yourself or a contact, tap on the arrow in the bottom left corner.
