P&F's Flavorcon is a global biennial flavor industry conference that unites flavorists, applications staff, food scientists, product developers, management, marketers, sales, manufacturers, purchasers and consumer products professionals to address and develop solutions for the business and technical issues shaping the marketplace. Featuring a mix of educational and networking formats, Flavorcon provides practical, solutions-oriented information at the formulation, evaluation, application, manufacturing and marketing stages.
Presented and produced by Perfumer & Flavorist (P&F) magazine, Flavorcon 2017 will take place October 25–27 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois (5 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport). The conference will address key issues such as formulation troubleshooting, regulatory at the bench, reaction flavors, live evaluations of ingredients and much more. By bringing the flavor industry together, Flavorcon 2017 aims to provide the activation energy to fuel innovation and move the industry forward.
